This Privacy Policy explains how Puzzle Master handles information when you use the Puzzle Master game, including the web/PWA version and the Android version.
1. Information stored on your device
Puzzle Master stores certain game and preference information locally on your device so that the game can remember your progress and settings. This can include:
- game progress and unlocked levels;
- coins, scores and achievements;
- profile name and Friend ID;
- local friends and game settings;
- language, music and sound preferences.
2. Online features and Firebase
Puzzle Master uses Firebase services from Google for online features. These features can include anonymous authentication, profile and friendship information, friend requests, multiplayer rooms and chat.
When online features are used, information such as your anonymous Firebase user identifier, profile name, Friend ID, online status, friendship information, room participation and chat messages may be processed by Firebase to provide these features.
Puzzle Master does not ask you to provide a password for its anonymous game account. Do not share passwords, payment information or other sensitive information in game chat.
3. Advertising
The Android version of Puzzle Master uses Google AdMob for advertising, including rewarded advertisements. AdMob may process device or advertising information in accordance with Google's own policies and settings.

4. How information is used
Information is used to operate and improve Puzzle Master, save game progress and settings, provide online social and multiplayer features, provide rewards and display advertisements in the Android version.
5. Sharing and service providers
Puzzle Master may use third-party service providers, including Google Firebase and Google AdMob, to provide online functionality and advertising. Information may therefore be processed by those providers according to their applicable policies.
6. Chat and user safety
Multiplayer chat is intended for normal game communication. Do not send passwords, financial information, precise location information or other sensitive personal information through chat. Puzzle Master may provide tools such as blocking or reporting where available in the game.
7. Children's privacy
Puzzle Master is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information in a way that should be removed, please contact us using the address below.
8. Data retention and deletion
Local game data can generally be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. Online information associated with multiplayer and social features may be retained as needed to operate those features. You can contact us to ask about deletion of information associated with your game account.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Puzzle Master changes its features, services or data practices. The latest version will be published on this page.
